For the past 30 years, Gary and his family have been in Tampa Bay. He has a hockey background with youth, junior and college teams and many years of successful business experience in the mortgage industry and other businesses he has owned and managed.”

Dale McNeil has served as the Head of Player Development for the Atlanta Dream (WNBA) for three seasons. He is also the Founder and Director of Player Development for Driven Athletic Academy (DAA). Through his role with the Atlanta Dream he helped to shape the future of the team, which resulted in demonstrated growth in the players season after season. Dale has over 15 years of evaluating, identifying, and developing talent of numerous players. In his current role, he develops off-season player development plans, prepares and presents scouting reports, and evaluates/develops future prospects throughout the country.

Jose Brings over 6 years of experience in player marketing and management. Currently managing/promoting players in Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and Massachusetts; Including Alexia McCants – Ohio (the first player in country to receive a D1 offer in the class of 2030), Cam’Rynn Cross – Connecticut (ECC player of the week for 3 weeks straight), Gigi Farina – New York (Former NY Gauchos National team standout), and Edward McCants (2004-2005 Horizon Player of the year and 2004 NCAA All-American).

Jose is also a member of the 2026 Ihoopcrazy Girls All-American Committee working as a national girls basketball recruiter.

Joseph O. Bánkọ́lé is a multi-disciplinary professional with over a decade of experience at the intersection of sales strategy, marketing communication, customer care, and inventory operations.

With a foundation in Economics from Tai Solarin University of Education, Joseph blends analytical expertise with a creative flair for storytelling and digital content development.

Presently, he is the Country Manager and Head of Talent Hunt, Back Court Elite (Nigeria). A US based company focused on discovering talents in Basketball and helping these young athletes pursue and continue their professional basketball career in United States of America.

Prior to this, he worked as Business Development Officer at Egotron Computer Warehouse, also held the position of an on site marketing coordinator at Tomato Jos Farming and Processing Limited. He was responsible for brand messaging, campaign design, and internal/external communications, social media and website management.

He also worked remotely as a social media strategy and sales growth initiatives at Luemprex Digital Ng, where he held multiple leadership roles—Sales Marketing Manager, Head of Content, and Assistant Operations Manager—guiding projects from ideation to execution.

His earlier career includes frontline experience at Airtel Nigeria, where he built a reputation as a dedicated customer service agent and telemarketer, achieving sales targets and ensuring top-tier client support.

His versatility was further demonstrated in a year-long HR role at Itex Integrated Systems, where he supported employee development programs and administrative efficiency.

With certifications in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management with ChatGPT and Nano Tips for Social Media Managers, Joseph stays ahead of digital trends and tools.

He is particularly skilled in: Strategic Brand Management, Inventory Analysis & Operational Planning, Team Leadership & Client Engagement, Content Strategy & Voiceover/Digital Media Creation Customer-Centric Problem Solving.
